Sport Community Manager

key responsibilities


  • To manage and coordinate online and offline communities in order to grow the brand communities

  • Activate brand at the grassroots level as well as with bigger activities

  • Generate consumer insights from first-hand experience to grow the brand

  • Deliver quarterly reports with statistics and results for each account to achieve marketing goal

  • Create training module in order to equip store employee with proper knowledge and skill as per business needs

  • Create training or visit report as the feedback for future employee development

  • Solve any problem or helpdesk ticket related to training in order to serve store

  • Check or visit store to ensure all training are implemented properly

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any educational background.

  • Minimum 2 years working experience as a trainer, preferably in retail industry

  • Comfortable with training a versatile audience from front-line to management level

Marketing Associate Manager - Kids & Babies

key responsibilities


  • Prepare annual marketing strategy and budget to enhance brand’s image across Indonesia

  • Manage marketing, communication, public relations initiatives in order to achieve marketing target

  • Develop CRM strategy to increase customer loyalty and conversion; also in charge of analysis and reporting of the programme

  • Maintain marketing budget ( short- and long-term plans ) in order to achieve marketing goal

·         The objective of this role is to support the Merchandising team to maximise commercial opportunities through the effective management of inventory

  • Responsible to drive area sales and profit plans to budget through successful leadership, organizational plans, customer service, and outstanding execution of all field operations strategies, consistently across all stores.

  • Know and manage the business by effectively using sales reports, assessing departmental results, and developing specific actions directly related to business development and growth, consistently across all stores.

  • Lead and direct the development of department level sales goals and action plans for store teams directly tied into measurable results and timely and consistent execution.

  • Responsible to ensure that all store team having excellent product knowledge, product use, and related product market basket application through a commitment to formalized training and development within prescribed time lines and standards.

  • Customer engagement controlling at quality, ideas, acknowledgment and inspiration, which leads to an emotional and loyal brand/customer attachment and increase store customer experience.

  • Inspect and take action on out of stocks and negative sku reporting, comply with prescribed in store/product cycle counts on a timely and accurate basis.

  • Develop sales projection to effectively forecast consumer demands

  • Develop merchandise plan to ensure the effectiveness in the implementation of sales strategies

  • Manage stock inventory to ensure availability of product effectively and efficiently

  • Implement brand strategies to ensure brand growth

  • In coordination with shipping, legal and warehouse teams, ensure the availability of product as per plan

  • Develop and produce report to ensure accuracy on data related to the products

  • A Bachelor degree holder from a reputable University

  • Minimum 5 year experience in any of the following areas: new brand development, sales and marketing, merchandising and supply chain

  • Experience in retail or fashion industries; baby or kids products, FMCG and/or beauty products would be a plus

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, comfortable working with different levels of people

  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite with great analytical skills
