Kanmo Retail Group was formed as a retail subsidiary of K.Aloomall Group. The company's very first store for Mothercare opened in Mall Taman Anggrek.

2005

2008

After successfully launching Mothercare, the very first ELC store was launched in Indonesia at Pacific Place Mall, Jakarta.

Gingersnaps, a leading Kids Fashion brand from the Philippines was brought into the country, with its first store at Plaza Indonesia Mall.

2009

2011

Enters the fashion and lifestyle segment and introduces Karen Millen to the Indonesian market. 

Expands fashion and lifestyle segment by opening Coast store in Plaza Senayan.

2012

Expanded our fashion and accessories portflio with the addition of Coach, a leading American bridge luxury brand. The first Coach store opens in Plaza Senayan.

 

Introduced the tween fashion brand, Justice, for girls aged 6 y.o to 14 y.o

2013

Launched the e-commerce platform: mothercare.co.id, to enhance mom's shopping experience.

Forayed into footwear with the launch of Nike Young Athletes.

2015

Expanded the fashion and accessories portfolio with addition of Women'secret.

Opened the flagship Coach store in Grand Indonesia with an iconic façade overlooking Jakarta's legendary Bundaran HI.

Reached the 100 store milestone!

Won operating rights as a Master Concessionaire for Fashion & Accessories at T3 Terminal in Soekarno Hatta, operating 20+ stores.

Launched Wilio; a concept footwear store for 0 to 14 year-olds. With exclusive multi-brand footwear and a range of options from active to casual to party footwear, accessories and gear.

Havaianas the world famous Brazilian flip-flop brand joins the KRG family to form a strong foundation in the footwear segment.

Launched Travel Gallery, a multi-brand travel accessories store at T3 Terminal in Soekarno Hatta with leading brands such as Samsonite, Thule, Herschel, Havaianas, Lojel and more.

Another new addition, Thomas Sabo, enhances the overall fashion portfolio with its premium jewelry and watches.

Today, Kanmo operates more than 190 stores spread over 30,000 sqm across 15 cities in Indonesia. With a young, driven team, Kanmo manages leading brands in Indonesia. With a vision to be a leading platform for brands in Indonesia, Kanmo is looking towards the future with confidence.

Kanmo Group was formed with 5 divisions: Kanmo Retail, Kanmo Lifestyle, Kanmo Travel, Kanmo Distribution and Kanmo Investments.
