Bringing that spirit to life through a locally relevant interpretation, Havaianas hosted the Havaianas Block Party Jakarta at Krapela, right in the heart of the Blok M area, as a celebration of dynamic and expressive youth culture. More than just a music event, the Block Party delivers a unique Brazilian summer experience in the middle of Jakarta. Designed as an immersive playground with a vibrant and colorful atmosphere, visitors can freely express themselves, enjoy music, and interact while building connections within the community at the Havaianas Block Party.

As part of the celebration, Havaianas collaborated with the Running Buddies community to present an interactive activity featuring flip-flops as the central focus of a casual game session, held prior to the main event. The highlight of the event featured a lineup of musicians representing a new wave in Indonesia’s music scene, including Ramengvrl (DJ set), Indahkus, DIA, toxicdev!, Laze, and Suisei. With diverse musical styles ranging from hip-hop and R&B to alternative, the lineup reflects Indonesia’s young generation who are bold, expressive, and constantly pushing creative boundaries. Their performances bring a bold and dynamic energy, creating a free-spirited and carefree atmosphere where the audience can enjoy the moment spontaneously.
