1. About the Program
    • Kanmo Circle program is a customer loyalty program offered by Kanmo Group to its Customers.
    • Kanmo Circle membership registration will require sharing Customer’s email address & mobile number.
    • In case of any duplicate membership found with same mobile number or email address, Kanmo Group reserves the right to merge such accounts.
  2. Tier Upgrade & Downgrade
    • All Tier upgrades will be on instant basis your last 12 months purchases.
    • All Tier are valid for 12 months post which will be evaluated for tier retention or downgrade.
    • Inspire, Infinite and Infinite+ customer will be sent an SMS and an email 30 days and 15 days before they are downgraded.
  3. Loyalty Points Earning & Redeeming
    • Kanmo Circle Points can be earned or redeemed only on exclusive brands, or in other words brands participating in the program. The list of participating brands are Mothercare, Early Learning Center, Gingersnaps, Justice, Wilio, Havaianas (Jakarta & Surabaya area only), Kate Spade, Coach & Stuart Weitzman.
    • For Brand Havaianas, only stores from the regions of Jakarta & Surabaya area are participating in the Kanmo Circle program.
    • Kanmo Circle Points can be earned only on full priced items.
    • Kanmo Circle Points for respective tier are as follows: - In (2%), Inspire (5%), Infinite (10%) and Infinite+ (10%).
    • All points earned will be valid for 1 year from the date of your last purchase at any of the participating outlets.
    • Kanmo Circle Points will be awarded only if membership identifier like email address or phone number is provided during the transaction & there will be no subsequent submission possible once the billing process has been completed.
    • Points will not be earned on transactions involving points redemption.
    • Expired points or Vouchers cannot be reinstated to customer account.
    • Rewards point or vouchers issued can only be redeemed in case of a working internet connection at store.
    • Points redemption will not be applicable on www.mothercare.co.id & www.shopjustice.co.id until further notice. You would however still continue to earn points on all your full priced successful transactions on both offline store and online ecommerce website.
  4. Home Delivery
    • Unlimited free home delivery only applicable on the websites of www.mothercare.co.id & www.shopjustice.co.id with minimum spending requirement.
    • Unlimited free home delivery for respective tiers are as follows: customers in Infinite tier get maximum discount of IDR 25,000 on home delivery fee with minimum purchase of IDR 1,000,000 and customers in Infinite+ tier get maximum discount of IDR 50,000 on home delivery fee with minimum purchase of IDR 500,000.
  5. Birthday Discount & Birthday Surprise
    • Birthday discount is applicable only on full-priced merchandise. Birthday discount for respective tiers are as follows: Inspire (10%), Infinite (15%) and Infinite+ (20%).
    • Birthday discount code will be issued on your registered mobile & email address 15 days before your birthday & will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue
    • Additional birthday surprise gift coupon code will be shared with the customer 15 days before his/her birthday & can be redeemed only once at any of our participating outlets (Mothercare, ELC, Justice, Gingersnaps, Havaianas and Wilio)
  6. Exchange and Return Product
    • Exchange or extended exchange benefit is not applicable on Sale or already discounted merchandise.
    • Returns or Extended returns will be accepted only if the product is unused & returned with original packaging/box along with product tag.
    • Extended exchange for respective tiers are as follows: In (7-days), Inspire (14-days), Infinite (21-days) and Infinite+ (30-days) since purchase.
  7. End of Season Sales (EOSS)
    • EOSS preview email will be sent to members before the actual sale announcement. Please do ensure that you have your email address updated with us.
    • EOSS preview for respective tiers are as follows: In (1-day), Inspire (2-days), Infinite (3-days) and Infinite+ (3-days) before EOSS begin.
  8. Complimentary Product Care
    • Complimentary product care only valid for Coach & Kate Spade handbags and leather goods by showing an original receipt/e-receipt.
    • Complimentary product repair & maintenance are valid for damaged hardware due to quality related manufacturing/factory defects.
    • Complimentary repair is valid only for hardware (zipper, buckles, turn-lock, magnetic closure, clasps, hardware logo), not valid for leather (peeling, discoloration, color transfer), and damages due to wear & tear.
    • Infinite+ members can enjoy complimentary product care for 2 (two) years since purchase, while other tier members get complimentary product care for 1 (one) year since purchase.
  9. Personal Shopper
    • Personal shopper service is only applicable at Mothercare, Justice, ELC, Gingersnaps, Coach, Kate Spade, & Stuart Weitzman stores by appointment. Appointment can be made 2 days in advance by contacting your favorite store or simply contact the hotline number:

    • Free personal shopper service is only applicable for Infinite and Infinite+ customers.
  10. Tier Welcome Benefit
    • Tier welcome benefit voucher code will be issued on your registered mobile & email address once your tier upgrades to Infinite or Infinite+ & will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
    • Welcome benefit voucher code can be redeemed at Mothercare, Justice, ELC, Gingersnaps, Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman stores with minimum purchase requirement.
    • Tier welcome benefit voucher for the respective tiers are as follows: Infinite members get voucher IDR 1,000,000 and Infinite+ members get voucher IDR 2,000,000 which can be use with minimum purchase IDR 5,000,000.
  1. Only residents of Indonesia & above 18 years of age are eligible to register for this program.
  2. Kanmo Circle is for individuals only & is not applicable for corporates and distributors/resellers.
  3. Kanmo Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Kanmo Circle Points at any time for any reason. Kanmo Circle Points is the property of Kanmo Group and will be deactivated automatically following the Kanmo Circle Points or Membership termination.
  4. By registering with Kanmo Circle, customer agrees to allow Kanmo Group to communicate via mail, email, phone, text messages, whatsapp and notification via mobile App or website. Kanmo Group may use these channels to communicate Customer’s account status, notify Member when they are eligible for a reward, communicate program changes, offer special Member promotions, information and offerings that Kanmo Group believes may be of interest to Customer. Kanmo Group will protect Customer’s data in accordance with the prevailing laws in Indonesia.
  5. Customer should promptly notify Kanmo Group of any changes of personal information such as name, address, telephone numbers, and email address by calling Contact Center at 021-29181155 or visiting us at any of our participating stores.
  6. Customer may terminate his/her Membership at any time by calling Contact Center at 021-29181155.
  7. Kanmo group reserves the right to withdraw any Tier benefit/ program benefit or make alterations to existing benefits without prior intimation & the decision taken by Kanmo group will be final & binding upon all members.
  8. Kanmo group reserves the rights to revoke any membership or forfeit any points on the account if any fraudulent/suspicious activity or misuse is observed on the account or if any account is not created as per the terms & conditions of the program.
  9. All decisions taken by Kanmo group with respect to the Kanmo Circle Program or Loyalty Membership tiers will be final & binding on all members & Kanmo group will in no way be responsible for any loss suffered by any member due to withdrawal or change in the Loyalty program or Tier benefits.
  10. All these Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between Customer and Kanmo Group with respect to the Kanmo Circle Points. By participating in the Kanmo Circle Points, Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
  11. Kanmo Circle reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time for any reason without prior written notice. Customer is responsible for keeping track of any update on the Terms & Conditions.
